Hostinger has launched a one-click OpenClaw deployment on its VPS platform, allowing users to spin up always-on AI agents without exposing personal laptops or dealing with complex setup.
OpenClaw — formerly known as Moltbot/Clawdbot — is a personal AI assistant platform that runs on your own infrastructure. Unlike chatbot interfaces that just respond to prompts, OpenClaw can execute actions: browsing websites, sending emails, creating content, and managing workflows across WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, and 10+ other messaging platforms.
The deployment has become massively popular, with tens of thousands of deployments per week making it the most popular app in Hostinger's 260-strong Docker catalog. The partnership with nexos.ai enables AI credits to be bundled directly into OpenClaw installations.
Key features include multi-channel messaging support, voice capabilities with always-on speech, browser control using dedicated Chrome instances for web automation, and support for multiple AI providers including Anthropic Claude and OpenAI models.
Pricing starts at $5.99/month for a basic KVM VPS, with the KVM 2 plan at $8.99/month (2 vCPU, 8GB RAM) being the recommended sweet spot for running OpenClaw plus Ollama with a small local model.
The release comes as personal AI agents become the fastest-growing category in cloud deployment, with users wanting persistent assistants that work even when their computers are off.
