Polsia raised $30 million at a $250 million valuation with zero employees. The startup, run by solo founder Ben Broca, uses orchestrated AI agents to operate companies end-to-end — and the agents reportedly managed the fundraising process themselves.

Users input an idea, and the system handles coding, marketing, customer acquisition, support, and iteration. The platform is approaching $10M annual run rate with 7,600+ businesses already using it. For the funding round, Broca gave the AI access to his inbox to manage the fundraising — 'I just showed up for signatures,' he said.

Launched in late 2025, Polsia is one of the most extreme experiments in company building. A single human, a system of agents, a quarter-billion-dollar valuation. The 'one-person unicorn' thesis stops being theoretical when the agents are also doing the deal.
